As Financial Controller, you will assume a hands-on role, guiding the financial direction and maintaining the fiscal integrity of this rapidly growing enterprise. This is a pivotal position which includes overseeing accounting operations, driving financial planning and laying the groundwork for CGX’s sustained growth and success.

The Role:

• Full ownership of the finance function
• Spearheading the budgeting and forecasting process
• Collaborating with other divisions offering financial guidance while identifying risk and opportunities to optimise spending and investment
• Develop and maintain robust internal control policies
• Lead the integration and management of their new financial system

The Person:

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
• At least 5 years experience within a senior finance role
• Strong technical skills
• Prior experience within a start-up is highly desirable
