Their warm and welcoming finance team is expanding and they are currently seeking a Purchase Ledger Specialist to join the business.
The role will involve:
- Processing, posting, coding high volume invoices.
- Processing credit notes.
- Supplier account reconciliations.
- Setting up payment runs.
- Bank reconciliations.
- Dealing with supplier account queries effectively.
Experience required:
- Previous experience working within an accounts department.
- Time management – adhering to deadlines and being exceptionally well organised is essential for this position.
- Confident communicator and can liaise with all levels of staff and maintain good supplier relations.
- IT skills.
- Organisational skills.
