Artemis Human Capital are delighted to be working in partnership with a leading global law firm who is searching for an experienced Commercial Contracts Solicitor to join its team.

As an In-House Solicitor specialising in Commercial Contracts, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing, drafting, negotiating, and reviewing a wide range of commercial contracts critical to the business operations team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various commercial agreements.
- Providing legal advice and guidance on contractual matters, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.
- Collaborating cross-functionally with different departments to assess and mitigate legal risks associated with contracts.
- Supporting and advising senior management on legal implications and strategies related to commercial transactions.
- Staying updated with changes in relevant laws and industry practices to ensure our contracts reflect current standards and best practices.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 2+ years PQE in commercial contract law.
- Strong understanding and experience in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organisational and time-management abilities.
- Proven track record of providing sound legal advice and delivering practical solutions.
