Artemis Human Capital are working in partnership with an excellent client of ours in the manufacturing sector in their search for an Accounts Clerk.
This is a brilliant newly created role within a thriving SME in Northern Ireland. You will be working within a genuinely lovely team, gaining exposure within a thriving company.
Reporting to the Financial Controller, this role will involve:
  • Bank reconciliations.
  • VAT returns.
  • Journal entries, reconciliations and taking accounts to TB.
  • Maintenance of sales and purchase ledger.
  • Processing prepayments and accruals.
  • Supplier statement reconciliations.
  • Dealing with supplier queries.
Experience:
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience working in accounts.
  • Experience using Sage would be desirable.
  • Capable of adhering to reporting deadlines.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Confident communicator who can liaise with colleagues.
