The Job…
Working closely with the existing team, you will be involved across the entire life cycle of the lending process. Specific roles & responsibilities will include:
- Working with businesses across a broad range of sectors on new money deals.
- Engaging & working with clients from the start of the lending process right through to draw down.
- Supporting with the management of a portfolio from a credit risk perspective.
- Mentoring & developing junior team members.
The Ideal Candidate…
To be considered for this position, you will ideally possess the following criteria:
- Lending experience within a banking organisation is essential for this role.
- Proven client management & strong communication skills.
- Experience in critically assessing & structuring new lending applications.
