The Job…
Working closely with the existing team, you will be involved across the following areas:
- Engaging with customers to develop their understanding of their business, assisting them with financial analysis with the aim of making informed lending decisions.
- Completing new money deals for personal & business customers.
- Supporting the management of the portfolio from a credit management & risk perspective.
- Supporting the mentoring & development of junior team members.
The Ideal Candidate…
To be considered for this role, you will ideally possess the following criteria:
- A proven track record in business customer relationship management experience.
- Ability to work well individually & as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills are essential for this position.
- Ideally you will have proven credit ability, with the ability to critically assess lending applications.
