Artemis Human Capital are delighted to be working in partnership with an award-winning business in their search for an Accounts Receivable Specialist.
This is a newly created, standalone role with excellent scope for progression. It’s a brilliant opportunity to join a people-centric business that is renowned for their warm and welcoming working environment.
This role will involve:
- Prep invoices to be sent out to a global customer base.
- Ensure outstanding payments are received in a timely manner.
- Assist with month end debtor close duties.
- Monitor cash received, posting, and allocating customer payments.
- Maintaining accurate records of customer transactions and interactions.
- Ensuring new sales/contract details are entered onto the system accurately and amend when required.
Experience you can demonstrate:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience working within accounts receivable/credit control.
- Strong IT skills, in particular Excel.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Capable of adhering to deadlines and dealing with high volume work.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
