Business Analyst. Software.
Our client is a high-growth local software consulting and product company. They are relatively new to the local market and specialise in product customisation / integration as well as full digital consulting services to the public / government sector.
Due to continued growth and development there is an open requirement for a Business Analyst to join their busy project delivery team. This is a Classic software BA role involving all the core components of stakeholder engagement, requirements gathering and production of project road maps and specification documents.
This is an energised, fresh team and still retains the feel and culture of a start up. The company pride themselves on making life easier for their clients by taking a lot of the pain away in terms of product implementation and improving efficiency via digital transformation. The projects are high-value and often complex, but delivered in a calm, professional but fun manner.
The role is a great fit for a stressed out BA in a highly corporate / pressurised role who might be looking for a different culture with a smaller, local firm and who wants to work on similar calibre projects but without any of the stress or politics. You will need to be an excellent communicator who works well with and can manage clients.
