Transactional Finance Manager

Artemis are excited to be working with this leading global business on an exclusive basis to hire a brand new role for the finance team. The Transactional Finance Manager will lead the AP, Credit Control and Revenue teams for the business and provide support to th FD in the running of the wider finance function.

The role

  • Manage and supervise the Accounts Payable, Revenue and Credit Control teams.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, collections, and customer payments.
  • Develop, implement and document procedures and policies to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  • Develop, implement and document reporting requirements to ensure effective communications to internal team members and external team members.
  • Monitor performance and productivity of team members, providing coaching and guidance as required.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions.
  • Participate in the month-end close process and other financial reporting requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Provide leadership and support to the finance operations team.

The person

  • 5+ Years of current experience in Accounts Payable, Revenue, Credit Control or related field.
  • Proven experience in managing a multi site finance team.
  • Excellent knowledge of account principles and financial operations.
  • Experience with accounting software and MS Excel
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to details and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in working in a fast-paced environment and meeting deadlines.
