We are seeking an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor to join our client and their legal team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in providing high-quality legal services to clients in all matters related to property transactions. Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and legal documents.
- Advising clients on property law.
- Overseeing the entire conveyancing process from start to finish.
- Managing client relationships and providing exceptional customer service.
- Keeping up-to-date with changes in property law and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Qualified Solicitor with 5 years of experience in conveyancing.
- Strong knowledge of property law and conveyancing procedures.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in documentation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in relevant legal software and technology.
