FP&A Analyst (exclusive)

This company has experienced significant growth both organically and through acquisition and as a result require a highly analytical and motivated FP&A Analyst to join their experienced team.
Reporting to the Head of FP&A the successful candidate will be responsible for extracting and transforming data from different systems to provide financial insight, analytics and recommendations to help improve financial and operational efficiencies.
- Analysing financial data and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations the SMT
- Providing support to the Head of FP&A in the budgeting and forecasting process
- Developing effective ways to present financial data, including detailed KPI metrics and dashboard reports
- Working in partnership with Senior Management Team to develop consistent and accurate reporting
- Providing ongoing commercial and analytical support on an ad-hoc basis to the wider finance team
- Business partnering with key stakeholders throughout the business
- Analysing and presenting complex financial data to financial and non-financial stakeholders
The Person:
- Ability to extract, analyse, summarise and communicate data to support financial reporting and commercial decision making
- Previous experience within a FP&A or business partnering role
- Experience of budgeting and forecasting process
- Competent in the use of Excel, Tableau or other data analysis software
