Our client is a dynamic and reputable law firm known for its expertise in commercial litigation, providing top-tier legal services to a diverse client base.
The ideal candidate is a commercial litigation solicitor with 1 year of post-qualification experience (PQE). The successful candidate will play a key role in advising and representing clients in a wide range of commercial disputes. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior solicitor. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert legal advice and representation in commercial litigation matters.
- Manage a diverse caseload.
- Conduct legal research.
- Collaborate with colleagues and clients to develop effective legal strategies.
Qualifications:
- Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 1 year of post-qualification experience in commercial litigation.
- Strong knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
- Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Exceptional communication and teamwork skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively.
