Payroll Coordinator (Part Time)
Artemis are please to be working with this well known NI owned business with a presence right across the island of Ireland, to help them recruit an experienced & dedicated payroll professional to join their finance team. This will be a part time role circa 20-25 hours a week.

The role:
- Input payroll data from timesheets
- Process payroll fortnightly for NI and RoI employees
- Make statutory payroll returns
- Process new starters & leavers
- Process auto enrol pension upload files
- Resolve payroll queries
- Complete payroll elements of statutory surveys
- Reconcile payroll related balance sheet control accounts
- Assist in development of automatic import of payroll data from timesheet system
- Assist with HR department admin – recruitment, interviews, HR meeting documentation & correspondence
- Keep up-to-date with new payroll legislation
The person:
- 3+ year’s experience within a finance / payroll team.
- Ability to work to strict deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Good working knowledge of accounts and payroll systems
- Strong work ethic and a willingness to learn
- Flexible and willing to adapt to needs of the business
- Competent in Microsoft Office packages
- Excellent communication & organisational skills.
