The role:

• Provide expert legal advice and support on a wide range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, compliance, contracts, and intellectual property.
• Draft, review, and negotiate various legal documents.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advise on legal implications of business initiatives and provide strategic guidance.
• Manage and liaise with external legal counsel when required, ensuring cost-effective and high-quality legal services.
• Assist in developing and implementing legal strategies to mitigate risks and protect the interests of the company.
