Artemis Human Capital is proud to be working with a leading Corporate Law Firm who are currently recruiting for a Banking Solicitor to join their highly regarded, Belfast based team.

The Role: 

This role calls for a Solicitor (NQ – 5 years) with good commercial acumen and experience ideally in advising Financial Institutions and Corporate Borrowers on Finance Transactions and Refinancing; Debt Restructuring and Security Enforcement; Sales, Acquisitions and Disposals etc.

The Client is also interested in speaking with Newly Qualified Solicitors or Trainees with a seat in Banking, Finance or Corporate who are motivated to progress their career in a top tier law firm.

The Candidate: 

• NQ-5 Years PQE but all levels will be considered.
• Strong drafting skills and solid technical knowledge as well as good interpersonal skills.
• Ambitious with a desire to succeed and an enthusiasm to engage with clients.
