Artemis Human Capital are delighted to be working in partnership with a well-established construction business in Newry.

Operating as a market leader in NI and ROI, they are a multi-site operation with a headcount of over 200 members of staff. The business prides themselves on maintaining a collaborative and supportive company culture whilst they continue to grow organically and strategically.

They have a vacancy for a Payroll Clerk to join their finance team.

This role will involve:

  • Processing ROI weekly payroll – approx. 125 staff.
  • Processing UK monthly payroll for approx. 50 staff.
  • Gathering hours daily from Time recording software.
  • Using Time recording software to identify anomalies and discrepancies.
  • Process pension contributions.
  • Compiling employee reports.

Experience required:

  • Experience with ROI payroll processing.
  • Proven experience processing 150+ payroll – weekly and monthly.
  • Excellent attention to detail and highly organised.
  • Confident communicator who can liaise with staff of all levels.
  • Use of Sage would be beneficial but not essential.
  • Competent with MS Excel.
