We are currently recruiting for an Office Administrator to join our lovely team at Artemis Human Capital!

Artemis Human Capital are excited to be recruiting for an Office Administrator. This role is a 3 month contract. This role will sit within the operations team however will also work closely alongside the Managing Director.

You will be working as part of a dynamic, friendly, and experienced team of professionals who pride themselves on quality of service and high performance.

The role:

  • Meeting and greeting clients.
  • Arranging meeting rooms.
  • Formatting CVs.
  • Working closely with the Operations Manager and Managing Director.
  • Assisting with advertising executive roles.
  • Maintaining the upkeep of office supplies – stationery, water, coffee, promotional material.
  • General administration and answering calls.
    Ad hoc data processing.

The person:

  • At least 1 years’ experience within an administrative role.
  • Highly organised and efficient.
  • Comfortable using new systems.
  • Extensive experience using all MS office packages to include Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint etc.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Confident to work under pressure at times.
  • Experience with Wordpress or Canva would be advantageous.

The package:

  • £20k – £25k pro rata
  • Working in a beautiful city centre office
