Artemis Human Capital are delighted to be working in partnership with one of the Island of Ireland’s largest and highly regarded law firms. They are currently seeking a Receptionist to join the business on a full time, permanent role.

This role will involve:

  • Provide administrative support to the legal professionals in the firm.
  • Answering, screening, and forwarding phone calls in a professional manner.
  • Working as part of a team and using own initiative to ensure a seamless service
    for all clients/visitors.
  • Scheduling and confirming appointments.
  • Directing the flow of mail, faxes, and deliveries and ensuring that internal and external mail is distributed effectively.
  • Ordering and replenishing office supplies.
  • Assisting with copying, scanning, emailing, note-taking, and travel bookings when required.
  • Preparing meeting facilities.

Experience required:

  • Reception/office administration is essential – experience in a legal environment would be advantageous.
  • The role encompasses a high degree of responsibility to project the ethos of the firm at all times.
  • Professional and personable approach.
    Maintain confidentiality of client information.
  • Excellent organisational skills – the initiative to take responsibility and prioritise work in an efficient manner.
