Reporting to the Head of Compliance, you will be involved in:
- Attendance management.
- Employee relations and engagement.
- Recruitment and retention.
- Assist with the development and implementation of various HR policies and procedures.
- Prepare HR statistics and reports on a monthly basis.
- Assist with new start onboarding.
- Maintenance of digital/paper documentation.
Experience required:
- 2 years’ experience within a HR function.
- 3rd level qualification in a relevant discipline.
- Knowledge and relevant experience of recruitment processes, training and development and employee relations.
- Meticulous attention to detail and excellent planning/organisation skills.
- Excellent communicator who can liaise with all levels of staff.
- Full driving licence is required for this role is required as there will be occasional travel to another NI site.
Remuneration:
- Hybrid working after probationary period – up to 2 days from home.
