The role
Lead 360 credit control for your own section of customers & support the Credit Manager with the wider teams’ debt
- Customer Contact through all relevant means;
- Working towards optimum cash collections
- Timely and accurate Cash Allocation to customer accounts
- Meeting with customers as required
- Daily logging and distribution of queries and subsequent credit raising to various company departments;
- Working closely with the various divisions to ensure queried items are actioned, authorised and returned quickly and accurately
- Manage Customer Risk through credit terms include working closely with the risk team, managing held orders where values have exceeded current credit limits in line with the Credit Insurance Policy.
The person:
- 5 years current experience in a business credit control environment
- Excellent track record of working in a fast moving and complex environment
- Ability to carry out in-depth account reconciliations
- Effective communication style, capable of dealing with people at all levels both internally and externally
- Proven ability to work autonomously, confidently self managing your day to day workload & targets
- Natural ability to support wider Team agenda’s and give support to the Manager and team members when required
