Company Accountant
Artemis Human Capital is delighted to be working exclusively with an innovative and award winning business to appoint a Company Accountant to join their growing finance team.
Working closely with the Finance Director you will undertake a broad and hands-on accountancy role to include financial accounting and analysis, budget preparation and internal controls.
The Role:
- Preparation of monthly management accounts
- Preparation and submission of quarterly VAT returns and reconciliations
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Day to day management of sales and purchase ledger
- Processing monthly payroll
- Monthly cash flow reporting
- Preparation of budgets
- Preparation of year end statements and liaising with external auditors
- Preparation of monthly finance report and present to the senior management team each month
The Person:
- Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
- Qualified by experience will also be considered
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in Excel
