Artemis Human Capital are thrilled to be assisting a well-known law firm in their search for a Qualified Solicitor. Our client is seeking a highly motivated Solicitor to join their growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling a wide range of RTA, personal injury and medical negligence cases whilst also providing expert legal advice to clients.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of litigation cases.
• Conduct legal research and provide expert legal advice to clients.
• Draft and review legal documents.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, negotiations, mediations, and arbitrations.
• Attend meetings with clients and provide regular updates on the progress of their cases.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all case activities.

Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor, NQ+.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong client relationships.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
