The Job…
Working closely with the firm’s MD you will oversee all operational aspects of the business. This is a busy & rapidly growing firm, so ensuring efficient processes are in place whilst maintaining the company’s values will be an integral part to this role. You will establish & monitor business operations in line with company goals, whilst ensuring excellent communication channels throughout the business. This role will ultimately cover all operational aspects of the business, including project management, compliance, finance, IT, & other operational areas as required.
The Ideal Candidate…
To be considered for this role, you will ideally possess the following criteria:
- A minimum of 2 years project, business, & team management experience is essential for this role (preferably within a financial services or accountancy background, although this is not essential).
- A solution orientated approach.
- Ideally you will have some experience in financial management OR compliance/financial planning.
- A relevant qualification is desirable, e.g. business undergraduate degree, PRINCE2 Practitioner, Certificate in Financial Planning etc.
- The ability to prioritise & work towards deadline is also a pivotal aspect to this role.
