Artemis Human Capital are delighted to be working with a dynamic & rapidly growing NI accounting firm in their search for a practice manager. This is a pivotal & strategic appointment for the business with significant plans in place to grow the role to director level. This role will report into the firm’s managing director & assist across a variety of business areas.
The Job…
As practice manager you will work to promote efficiency across all operational areas of the business, in order to support the firm’s growth. Some of your day-to-day responsibilities will include the following:
- Liaising with senior management to the rest of the team to ensure successful business management.
- Working closely with the firm’s MD to ensure company’s core values are embedded in all business activities.
- Facilitate regular team communications.
- Manage & oversee relationships with 3rd party suppliers.
- Establish & monitor business operations in line with company goals.
- Review & monitor business policies & processes on an ongoing basis.
The Ideal Candidate…
To be considered for this role, you will ideally possess the following criteria:
- Excellent business & project management skills are essential for this role.
- Ideally you will have relevant experience within the financial services or accountancy practice sector.
- You will have strong attention to detail & proven experience in team management.
- You will also be an ambitious & driven individual, with excellent communication skills.
- Financial management experience is highly desirable.
