This is a newly created role for the firm due to continued success & growth across their Belfast & other UK offices, this is a pivotal & strategic appointment to the firm and provides second-to-none scope for progression & development for the successful candidate.
The Job…
Working closely with the highly reputable & dynamic team in Belfast, you will oversee management of M&A transactions, equity fundraising, & completion of valuation reports. A key part of this role will be building & maintaining client relationships, playing an integral part at each stage of the deal cycle- from generation/tender through to completion. You will play a key role in developing the corporate finance department for the Island of Ireland.

The Ideal Candidate…
To be considered for this role you will be a qualified accountant with strong post qualified experience in corporate finance. You will have excellent knowledge of the corporate finance market in Dublin/Ireland with an established reputation. You will have the ability to work autonomously & have good experience in people management. You will be an ambitious corporate finance professional with a driven attitude.
