Artemis Human Capital are delighted to be working with a family run manufacturing business in Waringstown. Our client has been operating for over 15 years’ and are a multi award-winning local company.

This role is a newly created position within the finance function due to expansion and will report to the Finance Manager, providing support and driving the business forward through making an invaluable contribution to a high performing accounts team.

As the company’s new Finance Assistant, you will be involved in:

  • Bank reconciliations.
  • Supplier statement reconciliations.
  • Maintaining Fixed Asset Register.
  • Working collaboratively alongside the wider finance team to ensure the smooth functioning of the department.
  • Checking accuracy of invoices and dealing with supplier queries.

Experience:

  • At least 2 years’ experience working in a similar role.
  • Previous purchase ledger experience is essential.
  • Experience using Sage 50 is essential.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Capable of working independently and adhering to deadlines.
