Our client is a reputable and well-established firm known for their excellence in providing comprehensive legal services. They handle a diverse range of cases spanning across various areas including commercial, corporate, banking & finance.
The Role:
Within this role you will be an integral member of the dispute resolution team, working closely with clients to understand their needs, devise effective legal strategies, and provide expert advice and representation throughout the dispute resolution process. You will collaborate with a talented team of legal professionals, leveraging your knowledge and skills to ensure the best possible outcomes for clients. This role offers an excellent opportunity for professional growth and the chance to work on high-profile cases.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting thorough legal research and analysis to understand case law, statutes, and regulations relevant to each dispute.
- Advising clients on the strengths and weaknesses of their case, providing expert legal guidance, and recommending appropriate dispute resolution methods.
- Drafting and reviewing legal documents, including pleadings, settlement agreements, and other relevant legal correspondence.
- Representing clients in negotiations, mediations, arbitrations, and court proceedings, and effectively advocating their interests.
- Collaborating with colleagues to develop innovative legal strategies and ensure a comprehensive approach to dispute resolution.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case files, documenting all relevant information, communications, and developments.
- Keeping abreast of legal developments and changes in dispute resolution practices to continuously enhance professional knowledge and skills.
