FP&A Accountant

Having just enjoyed their most successful year to date and with further plans to continue on their growth journey, they are keen to appoint a FP&A Accountant to undertake a business critical role within an exciting environment.
The Role:
Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, the FP&A Accountant will be responsible for the following:
- Full ownership of the monthly reporting process to include preparation of board packs
- Working capital planning, budget preparation, P&L analysis
- Business partnering across the group to help with commercial decision making
- Involvement in ad-hoc project work
- Develop and maintain robust financial processes and controls
- Playing a key role in building a strong management accounting and FP&A function
The Person:
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
- Previous industry experience
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong commercial and analytical skills
- Good communicator with the ability to build robust relationships
