Finance Manager
Artemis Human Capital is excited to be working with a successful and innovative business based in Ballymena. Having enjoyed year on year organic growth and with further plans for expansion both locally and globally, they are eager to appoint an experienced Finance Manager to take full ownership of the finance function and manage a small team.
This is an exceptional opportunity for a hands-on accountant seeking a broad role within a company renowned for their inclusive and supportive culture.
The Role:
- Preparation and presentation of monthly management accounts
- Preparation and submission of grant claims
- Working capital management
- Cash flow forecasting
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Management and development of finance team
- Budget preparation
The Person:
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or qualified by experience
- Hands-on with the ability to undertake a broad role
- A supportive and approachable manager
- Excellent communication skills
