Senior Management Accountant
Artemis Human Capital is delighted to be working exclusively with a fantastic local business to appoint a Senior Management Accountant to join their finance team.
Working closely with the Financial Controller you will help oversee a busy finance function. This is a highly acquisitive business with excellent scope for growth.
The Role:
- Preparation of monthly management accounts
- Balance sheet reconciliations and variance commentary
- Develop the annual operating budgets
- Design and implementation of systems and controls
- Maintain accruals and prepayment schedules
- Monthly cash flow reporting
- Preparation of quarterly VAT returns
- Motivate, develop and manage accounts team
The Person:
- Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
- Qualified by experience will also be considered
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in Excel
- Highly commercial
