Finance Business Partner
Artemis Human Capital is delighted to be working in partnership with a prominent and hugely successful distribution business to appoint a Finance Business Partner.
Joining an established team and reporting to a respected Finance Director, this role will work closely with the wider business to help enhance profitability and efficiencies through accurate reporting of commercial information.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly commercial and inquisitive accountant with first-class communication and technical skills.

The Role:
- Measuring performance across the group through KPI’s and variance analysis
- Preparation of budgets in conjunction with senior management team
- Analysis of budgets, forecasts and strategic plan
- Monitoring, tracking and driving cost reduction initiatives
- Investment support where required
- Help drive the businesses strategic growth plan
- Involvement in major tenders
The Person:
- CIMA / ACCA qualified
- Advanced Excel skills
- Highly analytical with excellent attention to detail
- Ambitious and driven
- Excellent business partnering & stakeholder management skills
