Group Financial Controller
Artemis Human Capital are delighted to be partnering exclusively with a fantastic group of businesses based in South down to appoint a Group Financial Controller.
Due to continued growth and the acquisition of significant new contracts they now have an exciting opportunity for a Financial Controller with significant experience of transformational change and projects. This role will offer genuine progression in line with the company expansion.
The Role:
- Take an instrumental part in the selection and implementation of ERP systems.
- Develop and continually improve processes to ensure accurate and timely reporting
- Liaise with the commercial and operations teams on all projects and costings.
- Oversee cashflow forecasting and weekly/quarterly/annual budgets
- Manage the wider finance team and oversee the monthly reporting process
- Partner with the operational and commercial teams to achieve optimal efficiency and maximise profitability.
- Year end accounts prep and liaise with the external auditors.
The Person:
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
- Significant experience of ERP implementation and transformational change.
- Driven and ambitious individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Advanced excel skills to include complex financial modelling.
- Experience of construction / manufacturing desirable.
