DESCRIPTION

My client is a thriving household name luxury retail business based in Belfast city centre. The company have experienced significant growth over the last number of years seeing an increase in headcount, premises and investment in infrastructure and systems. There is an immediate need for an IT Manager to join the business at this pivotal time and help deliver a comprehensive change programme on the tech and systems side.

This is a brand new role and very much an opportunity for someone to make their mark and enjoy significant autonomy. The company are at the beginning of a CRM implementation and also in the beginnings of an ERP project and this role will involve comprehensive involvement in these as well as a telephony systems project and a lot of process improvement work as well.

It is a chunky role that is far from a vanilla IT Management position – you will be joining the company at a perfect time in terms of growth plan and opportunity.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Services Management
• IT Service Delivery
• Project work
• IT engagement
• Management reporting and governance
