Management Accountant
A growing, PE backed professional services business is looking for a newly qualified Management Accountant to join its expanding finance team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified accountant (or finalist) to take ownership of core management accounting responsibilities while gaining broader commercial exposure within a fast-growing organisation.
The Role
- Preparing monthly management accounts and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Revenue recognition, accruals and deferred income.
- Intercompany transactions and reconciliations.
- Accounts payable and receivable, including credit control.
- Budget monitoring and variance analysis.
- Bank reconciliations and cash-flow reporting.
- Supporting payroll, expenses and external audit.
- Providing financial and performance reporting to senior management.
- Supporting wider finance and corporate projects as the business continues to grow.
The Person
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification, or be close to qualifying.
- Strong Excel and analytical skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- The ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- A proactive, commercially minded approach and willingness to learn.
