The Opportunity
We’re recruiting an experienced Payroll Manager to join a growing organisation where you’ll lead payroll operations, manage a talented team, and ensure the accurate delivery of payroll services to a diverse client base.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of multiple payrolls, ensuring accuracy, compliance and deadlines are met.
- Lead, coach and develop a team of payroll professionals.
- Act as the main escalation point for complex payroll queries.
- Build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with Irish payroll legislation and Revenue requirements.
- Prepare payroll reports, reconciliations and support audit processes.
- Drive continuous improvement, automation and payroll process enhancements.
- Support payroll-related projects, including system implementations and upgrades.
- Maintain exceptional service standards while managing multiple priorities.
About You
You’ll be an experienced payroll professional with excellent technical knowledge and proven leadership skills.
You’ll ideally have:
- 5+ years’ end-to-end payroll experience.
- Experience working within a payroll bureau, outsourced payroll provider or professional services environment is highly desirable.
- Previous experience managing or supervising a payroll team.
- Strong knowledge of Irish payroll legislation, PAYE, PRSI and Revenue requirements.
- IPASS qualification (or working towards it) is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
