HR Coordinator

Artemis  Human Capital is delighted to be  partnering once again with a highly- innovative, fast-growing and leading food manufacturing organisation in the recruitment of a HR Coordinator for their headquarters situated in Donegal.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a HR Administrator or HR Assistant to gain exposure across the full employee lifecycle whilst having direct support for their highly-experienced HR Manager and availing of career progression opportunities.

What will you do as HR Coordinator?

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process including candidate management, interview coordination and new starter administration
• Prepare and maintain employment contracts, HR letters and other employee documentation
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records ensuring compliance with Irish employment legislation and relevant food industry standards
• Provide first-line support to employees and managers on HR queries, policies and general employee relations matters
• Support the management and administration of employee relations cases including absence, disciplinary and grievance processes
• Maintain and update HR systems and Time & Attendance platforms, ensuring employee data is accurate and current
• Liaise with payroll to ensure accurate and timely processing of employee information, changes and pension contributions
• Produce regular HR reports and provide data on key metrics, including headcount, turnover and absence
• Coordinate and support employee wellbeing initiatives across the business, contributing to a positive workplace culture

What will you require as HR Coordinator?

• Minimum of 2 years HR/Administration experience
• Highly-proficient in Microsoft Office Applications including Microsoft Excel
• Skilled in utilising HRIS Systems
• Strong knowledge of Irish Employment Legislation
