Following restructure this company need to appoint a highly commercial accountant to help drive the next crucial phase in their growth. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned finance professional to take the next step in their career.
The Role:Â
- Manage the quarterly/annual budgets
- Review and present monthly management accounts
- Business partner with the operations team to drive projects forward
- Manage cashflow forecasting and oversee all payments
- Variance analysis and reporting
- Prepare quarterly and annual reporting
- Develop and implement financial controls and processes
- Consult with auditors and preparing audit packs
The Person:Â
- Qualified accountant, ACA, ACCA, CIMA
- Manufacturing experience is essential.
- Excellent communicator with the ability to communicate clear, concise information effectively to senior management team
- Forex experience desirable
- Ability to lead, develop and mentor finance team
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Advanced excel skills
