The Role:
- Buy & sell-side due diligence.
- Financial & commercial appraisal.
- Business planning.
- Responsible for engagement scoping & project set up.
- Management of project team- preparation & presentation of the end client deliverable.
- Building & developing sustainable client relationships.
- Participation in business development activities.
The Person:
- ACA qualified (or equivalent).
- Strong previous experience within a due diligence/corporate finance focused role. (min. 4 years)
- Good knowledge & understanding of the financial due diligence process.
- Experience of working on PE transactions
- Excellent communication & leadership skills.
