  • Managing VAT and other key compliance returns
  • Supporting clients with finance process improvements and accounting best practice
  • Working closely with businesses to streamline their finance function using technology and automation tools
  • Building strong client relationships and becoming a trusted day-to-day contact
  • Supporting and mentoring junior members of the team
  • Taking increasing ownership of your own client portfolio over time

What they’re looking for

  • Newly qualified ACA / ACCA / CA (or equivalent)
  • Previous experience in an accountancy practice environment
  • Strong management accounts and client-facing experience
  • Confident communicator with excellent organisational skills
  • Good working knowledge of cloud accounting software such as Xero and other digital finance tools
  • An interest in innovation, automation and improving finance processes

What’s on offer

  • €45,000 – €55,000 salary package
  • Hybrid and flexible working options
  • Early finish on Fridays
  • Strong mentoring and support from experienced senior leaders
  • Clear career development opportunities within a growing team
  • Fully supported CPD and ongoing professional development
  • Competitive benefits package including pension, healthcare contribution, life assurance and enhanced leave options
