Newly Qualified Accountant – Accounts & Advisory | Dublin | €45,000–€55,000

A leading professional services firm in Dublin is keen to appoint an Accounts & Business Advisory Newly Qualified Accountant to join its growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a newly qualified ACA / ACCA / CA professional who wants to step into a varied client-facing role with genuine scope for progression, strong mentorship and exposure to modern finance technology.

Working with a broad portfolio of clients, you’ll support the delivery of high-quality management accounts, compliance and advisory services, while also helping businesses improve their finance function through automation, systems and AI-led solutions. You’ll begin taking ownership of your own client portfolio, build strong client relationships and play a key role in supporting more junior team members.

The Role

  • Prepare and review management accounts for a varied portfolio of clients
  • Oversee VAT, VIES, RTD and Intrastat returns
  • Support clients with process improvements, automation and best-practice finance solutions
  • Build trusted client relationships and deliver a high standard of advisory support
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to a collaborative team culture
  • Work closely with senior leadership as you develop your own portfolio management skills

The Person

  • Newly qualified ACA / ACCA / CA (or equivalent)
  • Experience working in a similar role within practice
  • Strong management accounts and client advisory experience
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Comfortable using cloud-based accounting systems such as Xero and related finance tech tools
  • A genuine interest in technology, automation and AI within finance
