Accounts Administrator

Artemis Human Capital is delighted to be working in partnership with this  well-established and growing company in the Cavan area to recruit a dedicated Accounts Assistant to join their finance team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing supplier invoices, managing accounts payable, and reconciling supplier statements
  • Assisting with month-end processes, including journal entries, accruals, and prepayments
  • Maintaining accurate financial records, including VAT returns and the Fixed Asset Register
  • Supporting the preparation of management accounts and financial reports
  • Conducting stock and balance sheet reconciliations
  • Providing financial insights and analysis to support decision-making

What We’re Looking For:

  • Part-qualified or qualified (IATI, CIMA, ACCA, ACA, or equivalent) desirable
  • Current proven experience in a finance or accounts role
  • Familiarity with accounting software and financial reporting systems
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
