Management Accountant
Artemis Human Capital is pleased to be partnering with a leading NI company as they seek to appoint a Management Accountant to their dynamic finance function. This is a rounded & commercial opportunity that will work closely alongside the Finance Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for a newly or recently qualified professional with pre-existing industry experience, or someone keen to make their first move from practice into an industry role.
The Job
- Support the Finance Manager in the day-to-day running of the finance function.
- Prepare monthly management accounts, reporting packs, and financial analysis.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, compliance, and statutory reporting.
- Manage reconciliations, VAT returns, and other key financial controls.
- Support audits and liaise with external stakeholders.
- Drive process improvements and support junior team development.
Candidate Criteria
- The successful candidate will ideally hold a relevant accountancy qualification (e.g. ACA/ACCA/CIMA).
- Strong understanding of accounting processes & financial reporting standards.
- Excellent Excel skills.
- Highly organised & proactive individual
- Strong communication skills
