Corporate Finance – Associate Director
Our client, a leading top 10 professional services firm based in Dublin, is seeking a high calibre Corporate Finance Associate Director to join their growing advisory team. This is a key hire at an exciting time of expansion, offering real responsibility, client exposure, and a clear path to progression.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the execution of M&A transactions (buy-side and sell-side) from initial pitch through to completion.
- Assist in financial modelling, business valuations, due diligence and market research.
- Prepare high-quality client deliverables, including pitch decks, Information Memoranda, and strategic reviews.
- Conduct industry and company analysis to support deal origination and execution.
- Interact with clients, investors, legal advisors and other stakeholders throughout the deal cycle.
- Collaborate with senior team members on business development and new opportunities.
Qualifications & Skills:
- ACA, ACCA or CFA qualified.
- Prior experience in Corporate Finance or Transaction Services.
- Strong technical skills in financial modelling, valuation and analysis.
- Commercially astute, with excellent written and verbal communication.
- Comfortable working in a high-performance, deal-driven environment.
- Confident, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects with tight deadlines.
