Financial Controller (Hybrid)
A leading, well-established manufacturing business in the Dungannon area is seeking a Financial Controller to join its senior leadership team.
This is a key appointment reporting directly to the Finance Director, offering full ownership of the finance function and a genuine opportunity to influence commercial performance, financial strategy, and ongoing business improvement.
The role will suit a fully qualified accountant who is ambitious, hands-on, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, production-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes
- Own cashflow management and financial modelling activities
- Oversee monthly accounts preparation and board-level reporting
- Drive improvements across ERP systems, processes, and financial controls
- Provide commercial insight to support decision-making and profitability
- Manage audit process, compliance, and statutory reporting requirements
- Lead and develop the finance team
The Person
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
- Proven experience in a Financial Controller or senior finance role
- Strong background in manufacturing or similarly fast-paced environment
- Excellent technical accounting knowledge with strong commercial awareness
- Experience in costing, margins, and performance analysis
- Strong systems exposure (ERP and advanced Excel)
