Management Accountant
Artemis Human Capital are delighted to be partnering with a well-established and growing business to appoint a Management Accountant to join their finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious finance professional with manufacturing or operational finance experience to join a dynamic environment and play a key role in supporting commercial decision-making and driving performance improvements across the business.
Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly management accounts, reporting packs, and financial analysis
- Deliver detailed cost and variance analysis across operations and production
- Manage inventory reconciliations, stock valuations, and cost accounting processes
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow reporting activities
- Partner with operational stakeholders to improve reporting and drive efficiencies
The Person
- Qualified or part-qualified ACA, ACCA, or CIMA accountant
- Experience within a manufacturing, production, or operational finance environment
- Strong understanding of costing, margin analysis, and financial controls
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to influence non-finance stakeholders
- Self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced and evolving environment
