Artemis Human Capital is proud to partner with a prestigious, forward-thinking hospitality group with exciting global growth ambitions . As a result, we are currently recruiting a Group HR Manager to join their Dublin-based headquarters on an initial  7 month basis with potential permanent positions due to the company’s growth plans.

What will you do as Group HR Manager?

Reporting into the HR Director, you will deliver strategic HR guidance whilst coaching/mentoring the wider HR Team in providing HR Support to all of the company’s hospitality establishments. Duties include:

  • Act as a key strategic partner to the HR Director, shaping and delivering a Group-wide People Strategy that supports commercial performance and long-term business objectives.
  • Contribute to the development of the HR function’s vision, structure, and capability to support current and future business needs.
  • Lead, develop, and inspire a multidisciplinary HR team, ensuring clear accountability, high performance, and strong engagement across all HR disciplines.
  • Manage Employee Relations activity across the group, proactively mitigating the risk of external complaints
  • Build management capability by delivering targeted Employee Relations training and coaching managers on investigations, case management, and report writing.
  • Lead the delivery of complex, cross-functional HR projects at Group level, ensuring clear governance, timelines, and outcomes.
  • Oversee HR systems and platforms to ensure they are fully optimised and delivering maximum value.

What will you require as Group HR Manager?

  • Essential to have Group HR Manager experience
  • Skilled in coaching and mentoring a team of HR Professionals
  • Experience in leading on Employee Relations, devising HR Strategies and managing on HR Projects
  • Proficient in Irish Employment Legislation
  • Obtained CIPD Qualification or HR Degree
