Finance Business Partner
Artemis Human Capital are delighted to be working with a leading organisation to appoint a Finance Business Partner. This is a strong opportunity for a qualified finance professional to join a commercially focused team, providing insight, analysis, and support to drive performance across key areas of the business.
Responsibilities
- Partner with key business areas to support financial performance and decision-making
- Produce clear financial analysis, reports, and insight for stakeholders
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and month-end reporting cycles
- Review margins, costs, inventory, and contract positions to highlight trends and risks
- Contribute to process improvement, controls, and continuous development initiatives
The Person
- Qualified ACA, ACCA, or CIMA accountant
- Experience in a commercial finance or business partnering role
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
- Confident communicator able to influence non-finance stakeholders
- Strong Excel skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
