A leading accountancy practice in Belfast City Centre is currently recruiting for a Payroll Senior Associate to join their growing payroll division.
This opportunity offers the chance to work with an enviable portfolio of clients across a broad range of industries while joining a collaborative and people-focused team. The role is ideal for someone coming from a payroll bureau or practice background who is keen to further develop their career in a progressive environment.
The Role:
- Managing payrolls for a varied client portfolio
- Processing complex payroll calculations and submissions
- Reviewing payroll reports and ensuring accuracy
- Handling client payroll queries and providing excellent service
- Supporting junior team members where required
- Ensuring all payroll deadlines and compliance obligations are met
About You:
- Payroll experience gained within practice or bureau
- Strong understanding of payroll legislation and compliance
- Confident managing multiple deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with payroll systems and client-facing work
