Growing Building and Civil Engineering contractor established for over 15+ years with variety of works in Dublin require a Project Manager for a €20mil new build and refurbishment project.

This is a great opportunity to work with a company on a growth trajectory who will be continuing to progress their senior managers into leadership roles over the coming years.

You are ideally from a Civil Engineering background and have 5+ years experience managing projects across Civils, Education, Commercial and Residential sectors. Managing significant value works (c. to 20M+) you will be responsible of all aspects of delivery ensuring the project is completed on time and to clients specification and budget. Commercially aware you build strong relationships with all stakeholders identifying and mitigating against potential risks.  An exceptional communicator you are highly organised and process driven with an eye for detail and excellent technical knowledge.
