Flexible approach to work-life balance throughout the year as follows:
- April-September-4 days/week (Every Friday Off! not condensed and FT salary)
- October-December 5 days in office
- January-March 4.5 Days per week (half-day Fridays WFH)
- 32 days Leave inc Stats

What You Bring to the Table:
- A degree in HR or equivalent, with CIPD qualification preferred.
